About the Accommodation
We have completely renovated the apartment: from a simple, somewhat outdated attic flat, we have created a modern, bright loft apartment with an open living concept. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly into each other. Thanks to the large glass wall with French doors, the space connects directly to the terrace – so you are constantly one with nature and the sea.
Even while cooking, you are accompanied by the panoramic view. Outside, you’ll find a cozy terrace with a stone barbecue, comfortable outdoor furniture, and as a special highlight: a large outdoor whirlpool with sea views.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, pans, pots, and glasses. Dishwashing supplies and basic cooking essentials (oil, spices, etc.) are also provided.
The Bathroom
The luxurious and spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub with jacuzzi function, double sink, bidet, and toilet. In addition, there is a small, practical restroom with a urinal, toilet, and sink. Swimming and bath towels, as well as toilet paper, are provided. A hairdryer and heating are also available.
The Bedrooms
Two spacious bedrooms accommodate up to six guests – a master bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a family room with a double bed and bunk bed. All beds are provided with complete bedding and are neatly made upon arrival.
Dining and Living Area
The open living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home: a bright and spacious space where you can cook, eat, and relax together. The areas flow seamlessly into each other, creating an open, inviting atmosphere. Thanks to the large glass wall with French doors, you are also in direct contact with the outdoors and can step out onto the terrace. This way, you remain connected with nature and the sea – even while cooking, you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view.
Adjacent is the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and surroundings in peace or have a nice barbecue. For extra relaxation, there is an outdoor whirlpool for six people in the garden above the apartment, perfect for a relaxing evening.
The apartment is equipped with all conveniences. There is WiFi, a Smart TV with a variety of channels, board games, a small book swap library, and a Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music.
Parking is easy and free along the street, next to the rose garden, or on the driveway.
Before your arrival, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned. During your stay, you can make use of the available washing machine and cleaning supplies; a vacuum cleaner and mop are ready next to the refrigerator. This allows you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay without worries.
